Last fall, I had the chance to take a cruise with Viking aboard one of its new oceangoing vessels, the Viking Sea. The cruise went from Venice to Athens down the Dalmatian coast with stops in Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro and Greece.
I had a fabulous time doing everything from browsing local farmer's markets to fishing for my own lunch to mountain-biking through the hill towns of Corfu.
